A detailed investigation, including his bank accounts, might reveal THAT little secret. The cartels likely own just about everybody along the border that’s in a position of power.
Worse... they work for our Government.

Some people actually believe the rampant corruption south of our border just stops at that border. Corruption follows money, and there is oh so much money at play here.
