I wonder how many of these stations are in high theft areas. Of course, it wouldn’t be kosher to say that’s why they’re closing the stores...so it has to be ... I know... green movement stuff.

The vast majority of EV owners are virtual signaling elites who live in nice neighborhoods. They might not have to worry as much about graffiti, vandalism, or customer muggings/carjackings.

If Shell is not completely stupid, they will run these EV stations like they run their gas stations, i.e. have someone on staff selling coffee, snacks, etc.

If they run these like most current EV stations, that is unattended, then they will just be great places for meth addicts to acquire copper.
