The US embassy put out that alert several days ago. They knew what was coming.
That alert was put out for a reason and the reason was so they could be right about what they knew was planned and going to happen and make it look like “well, we warned ya” in order to rile up the citizens.
Since the war is lost in Ukraine, this is what they have left.
The problem with this crap is that you can plan on reciprocation to whoever did the deed.
You’d think if they knew in advance they’d tell the Russian government what they knew. Otherwise they’re complicit in the murder of civilians.
