Having a terrorist attack at a rock concert is hardly a ‘public relations catastrophe for Putin’ any more than the Las Vegas attack was a PR catastrophe for Trump or the Pulse Nightclub shooting was a PR catastrophe for Obama.

Well it IS a PR catastrophe for Putin because he launched his Kremlin propaganda dogs accusing innocent Ukraine to have committed the terrorist attack! Medvedev even promised to “kill” the Ukrainian leaders for that attack.
Thus... the childish unprofessional rush to judgment by the Kremlin-crowd makes them look rather ridiculous now....
Even worse... Russia made a massive terrorist attack on Ukraine’s civilian energy infrastructure last night - all over Ukraine. Which makes Russia look worse than ISIS.
