"Be mad at Putin. He’s the one who ignored the terror warnings."

How do you know he ignored the warnings?

Can you verify that other planned attack(s) were not thwarted? We have no idea what was, or wasn't, done behind the scenes over there.

As they say, state governments have to be right 100% of the time, while the jihadis only need to be lucky occasionally to cause chaos and damage.

See, we must give Putin the benefit of the doubt. Even though it happened in his country and he is pretty much a dictator, somehow he escapes any responsibility.

But then we have no evidence whatsoever that the US or Ukraine were involved but we are fully justified in blaming them, because "globalhomo" or something.

I am not saying you personally made the second argument, but there are people here blaming the US and Ukraine on no evidence whatsoever yet can't imagine Putin doing any wrong.
