Attack happens, and within a couple of hours Kirby is out there saying we warned them, and immediately the media is flooded with detailed stories “confirming” it was ISIS and Ukraine had nothing to do with it.

Even the Russian Spokeswoman was asking how the State Department is certain Ukraine wasn’t involved within a few short hours with no presence in Russia or in the investigation.
The building was still on fire when we confirmed Ukraine was innocent.
