Congress established the EPA and gave it the power to issue regulations. The EPA is exercising its regulatory power. Congress can stop it but won’t.
When they tell you that CO2 is a harmful emission & EVs are the way to go...it’s time to clean house. CO2 is a naturally occurring element & EVs have a LONG list of problems; the main one is that most cannot afford one even if they worked as they should. A used EV would be the best example for not owning one. Now stop & think; when did we get into this mode? Who was president? A few moments thought should bring the answer.
What they are trying to ensure is that 2/3 of the population has no freedom of movement by 2032. Agenda 2030: The people behind it need to be tossed into jail.
Horses can still pull buggies. Dogs can still pull sleds.
There isn’t enough lithium or silver in the world to create the batteries for those cars, much less enough power to run them…and if they insist on sun and wind power to make up the difference, then that will compound the problem.
Leftists are very good at passing laws or decrees, but when it comes to the practical aspects of governing, they just plain suck because they don’t actually think about the real-world implications of their pie-in-the-sky plans.

You are WAY too kind.
New york will be under water by then as a result of Global or Climate something or other so then New Yorkers(the few remaining) can travel by Gondola, but the city will still lose millions on the stupid ferry system.
