Vice President Kamala Harris quickly rejected claims from Russian President Vladimir Putin that Ukraine could be involved with the terrorist attack that killed over 130 people at a Moscow concert hall on Saturday.
The U.S. government and Western allies said ISIS was responsible for the attack, the largest by the group in years and the deadliest in Moscow in over a decade.
“No, there is no, whatsoever, any evidence [of Ukraine involvement],” Harris said in an ABC interview with Rachel Scott on Sunday. “In fact, what we know to be the case is that ISIS-K is actually by all accounts responsible for what happened.”

Right, because the terrorists were planning to drive past hundreds of thousands of Russian troops, through a war zone and a closed and mined border vs going through another country like Turkey. Makes sense in a paranoid Russia.

Aside from the notion that depending on where they started from and how he route they took that at some point they might have been heading in the general direction of Belarus at times can you tell me WHY they would have been headed there?
