She’s simply try to insure that leadership “walks the walk” instead of MERELY talking the talk. For example, if you say you will always follow the Hastert rule (the speaker will not schedule a floor vote on any bill that does not have majority support within their party) ALWAYS FOLLOW IT. Props to MTG.
