You’re very likely correct about that. Certainly, they won’t miss this opportunity to rename the bridge, and just as certainly, it will be named after some brown-skinned person. The pigmentation of our skin is, as we know, the most important thing about us as human beings.
I live in a city that has changed the name of 2 or 3 high schools to show how progressive city leaders are.....BUT when it comes to the city namesake being a revolutionary era figure that was 7th POTUS and owned as many as 300 slaves in his lifetime and paid bounty hunters extra money to whip the captured slaves when caught......they get amnesia...funny that. 😏
