What? Corruption in l.a.? Tied to state funded homeless project? Surprise. Not.
Prop 1...recently passed in March elections to pay for homeless habitation....was sponsored by building contractor and state affiliation. Was on their TV ads...
These officials want homeless on the streets. They get funding to build stuff...then get kickbacks from construction firms. Grifting off the homeless/mentally ill/drug addict human wrecks.

LOL, a large “affordable” housing project was just canceled in my city and may have been part of this organization. It was going to be built right next to a beautiful family - oriented park with a large playground, picnic area, fields for kids’ soccer and little league. Kids, old people, families have enjoyed the park for decades.
That park and the surrounding area would have been destroyed if that “affordable” housing project had been built.
Residents of the area are no doubt very very relieved...
