Yes, the inclines are still intact. As for Fall of 2025, that’s worst case scenario. They’ll likely have the span sections replaced in Fall of 2024.

Cheapest and quickest way to do it is to build Dolphins in front of the bridge for protection from collisions by container ships.

Best thing to do is to tear the whole thing and build a brand new suspension bridge. Might as well as start over and do it right.
