The DC Federal Court, District Court in particular, is disgracing the entire judiciary. How long is Roberts going to allow this to continue?

This looks like the usual judicial bias and coruption, but I think this is good news.

No way this judge would do this unless he thought the case was already lost.

So when the Supreme court overturns whatever happens, the Regime can turn it into a political issue of the “Supreme Court won’t disciple Trump”, rather than Trump wins against a malicious prosecution.

It is a base strengthening strategy.

My theory is that Republican senators treat the DC District Court the same way they treat every other Democrat controlled district or state. Republican senators have ceded the DC court to the Democrats.

It’s almost as if the Republicans allow the Democrats to use ‘blue slips’ to approve or disapprove judicial nominees. This ensures that the DC Court judges will always be moderate Republican or hard left Democrat.
