A quarter-trillion dollars, vaporized: The GAO has brought to light a staggering figure of $236B in improper or incorrect payments made

In a revelation that may unsettle many taxpayers, the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) has brought to light a staggering figure of $236 billion in improper or incorrect payments made under the Biden administration last year alone.

This sum, which does not even fully account for all susceptible programs, indicates a level of fiscal mismanagement that demands immediate attention and action.

The breakdown provided by the GAO is particularly alarming, with Medicare and Medicaid together accounting for nearly $100 billion of this colossal waste. Such figures not only represent a “material deficiency or weakness in internal controls” within these agencies, but also signal a broader issue of accountability and efficiency within the administration’s handling of taxpayer dollars.

Improper payments, as defined by the GAO, include those that should not have been made or were made in incorrect amounts. This encompasses a wide array of errors, from administrative oversight to fraudulent claims, each contributing to the hemorrhaging of public funds at an unprecedented scale.

With Federal Pandemic Unemployment Assistance, the Earned Income Tax Credit, and Paycheck Protection Program Loan Forgiveness also contributing tens of billions to the total, the extent of misallocated or mishandled funds spans across several critical sectors of government aid and support programs.

This disclosure is not merely a reflection of administrative inefficiencies, but a stark reminder of the real-world implications such financial discrepancies have on the nation’s fiscal health and the public’s trust in government.

The more money available to the public/gov employees, the more fraud that will occur. It’s just that simple. This is the reason we need to shrink the bloated government.

FR: Never Accept the Premise of Your Opponent’s Argument

First, the bottom line ...

Consider that political party and media fuss about "obsolete" electoral college is because it is the only thing stopping the corrupt political parties from establishing a permanent puppet presidency that will unquestioningly sign unconstitutional taxing and spending bills into law.

Regarding Biden Administration improper or incorrect payments, the drafters of the Constitution gave the power of the purse uniquely to the House, not the Executive Branch. So Congress must take constitutional responsibility for the improper or incorrect Biden Administration payments whether it wants to or not imo.

But the situation is actually worse than the corrupt Biden Administration. More specifically, the likewise corrupt Congress is protecting Biden from impeachment and removal from office for, among other things, his alleged mishandling of taxpayer dollars imo.

In other words, it's now up to Trump's tsunami of Democratic and Republican supporters to effectively "impeach and remove" Congress from office in November.

Biden-protecting lawmakers need to be replaced with patriots who will support hopeful Trump 47 to not only finish draining the swamp, but also do the following.

New lawmakers additionally need to support Trump in leading the states to put a stop to unconstitutional federal taxes and unconstitutional interference in the affairs of the sovereign states.

More specifically, Trump needs to lead ALL the states need to effectively "secede" from the tyrannical federal government by repealing the 16th (16A direct taxes) and 17th (17A; popular voting for federal senators) Amendments (16&17A).

Consider the repealing of 16&17A as part of reparations for victim taxpayers of the corrupt federal government for having to pay a lifetime of unconstitutional federal taxes, taxes that Congress cannot reasonably justify under its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers and a few other constitutionally enumerated expenses.

Again, consider that corrupt political party and media fuss about "obsolete" electoral college is because the electoral college is the only thing stopping the corrupt political parties that have pirated control of state and federal governments from establishing a permanent puppet presidency that will unquestioningly sign unconstitutional taxing and spending bills into law.

In the process of applying for SS. Every time and everyone I've gotten a payment amount from gives a different answer. Does that give anyone a clue about why there is a quarter of a trillion dollars a year in improper payments? Never mind the massive imbalance in the DoD accounting.

Gooberment. Too big. Too powerful. Too expensive. Unaccountable.
