When the bridge is rebuilt, will it retain its name? Francis Scott Key is now vilified by the Left as a “racist.” For that reason, his statue in San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park was torn down and the monument in which it stood has been transformed into a memorial to black victims of white racism.

Baltimore wasn’t that big of a player in containers. It’s a major east coast port for automobiles, and it handles a lot of forest products. Those are likely to be the two areas with major impacts. Brunswick and Jacksonville may be the big winners on cars. (And Norfolk Southern and CSX). As far as petroleum goes, it will likely have a local and regional impact on cost, but nothing earth shattering to the economy.

“Where were the tugboats?
It was going full speed at time of impact. Ships are prohibited from going full speed in the harbor”

Tugboats not required at that place in channel.

It was not going full speed in the harbor.

The pilot is credited for saving people lives. He had the presence of mind to call and have the bridge closed to traffic, 90 seconds before the ship hit the bridge.

The truth of all those things and more have come out.

Problem is, most or nearly all can’t or won’t see it.

“Biden said the US feral government would cover all the costs. That way insurance company investigators don’t get involved and the feral government’s “narrative” is the only one out there.”

There were no explosive charges on that bridge. There were no explosions. The bridge fell because a really large ship took out its primary support. Gravity did the rest.

Even if this were deliberate, you don’t need explosives, and there would be no way to hide placing them on the bridge.

You are quite correct, and the Clinton administration years provide ample evidence of what you say.

Chesapeake 1000 Arrives for Salvage Operations

DonJon Marine's massive Chesapeake 1000 arrived in Baltimore for the dangerous salvage work set to begin soon at the Francis Scott Key Bridge. This heavy lifting crane will be part of the assembling armada of floating lifting equipment used to clean up the collapsed bridge.

I say the bridge will be named after the pot hole patching crew that didn’t make it off the bridge . Seis Hombres Memorial Span.

“It was going full speed at time of impact. Ships are prohibited from going full speed in the harbor”

MV Dali was only going 7.5 knots at impact. There’s a cadre of posters here who specialize in conspiracy garbage over facts.

Anyone who wants to keep the background noise of stupidity to a minimum should pay attention Sal Mercogliano’s youtube channel:

Why is the US feral government paying to fix it to avoid the insurance investigators so that the US feral government’s “narrative” is the only one.

I’m shocked that the MSM didn’t raise the specter of payback by Putin for Nordstrem 2. Of course that would confirm that the greatest release by humans of greenhouse gases was engineered by the Biden administration. \ climate change \s

payback by Putin for Nordstrem 2
———
There has been huge commentary by world editorials that are familiar with Vlads decision to not strike back. You will never hear Nordstream blow up mentioned by the West. Taboo.

First, Nordstream shutdown has castrated German industry, and harmed most of the EU. Manufactured goods have gone through the roof, energy prices skyrocketed. The West didn’t realize energy prices would skyrocket- filling Vlad’s pockets with more money, selling less. Boomerang Joe.

Secondly, the truth always surfaces. When the citizens figure out what happened, by the hands of their leaders, ( mainly the US) , blowback will be harsh.

Thirdly, Germany’s Rheinmetal, who produces artillery shells, stated the price of their 155mm shells went from $800 to $6,000 because of energy prices and not buying Russia’s cheap metals and commodities.

Vlad has outsmarted senile Joe at every turn.

And, like the mainstream media, no accountability. Often mistaken; never in doubt.

I learned a new word here the other day:

Dictionary
Definitions from Oxford Languages

ul·tra·crep·i·dar·i·an
/ˌəltrəkrepəˈderēən/
adjective
adjective: ultracrepidarian; adjective: ultra-crepidarian

expressing opinions on matters outside the scope of one’s knowledge or expertise.

Maybe it should be revised to:

ultraFReepidarian. Fortunately, it only applies to about 30% of posters, butt correlates very strongly with those who post without reading the article.

No worries. It will be replaced by the P Diddy Bridge soon.
————-
Uh, No. That bridge was built to different standards being a Hazmat designated bridge. It will be years before being rebuilt to stricter guidelines.
