It was questionable as to what happened in the first bridge incident in Baltimore the second is also a mystery in Oklahoma and then there were three with the crash on the river Danube sending a dozen to the hospital. Hard to say what is happening but it appears to possibly be beyond coincidence......
Did I hear correctly that a ship’s navigation can be hacked and that a rudder manipulated to steer a ship remotely ? The Baltimore barge appeared to veer noticeably starboard toward the bridge support column.
Bingo. As you would know as a seasoned boater. You don’t navigate to a some point going under a bridge that puts you in a position to hit a piling. Also all this talk about anchoring doesn’t take in account the time it takes to get a good stable set
