The Wisconsin jerk was elected and can’t just be thrown out. Can you imagine the daily chaos of the House, if members can just be tossed out?
House members can’t be impeached, but they can be expelled by a two thirds vote. That will never happen.
Johnson can at least call for a vote to expel him, just like he did for Santos.
