What kind of liberal “logic’ (an oxymoron, I know) allows a company offering a service, and providing it perfectly) to be sued by a cluster of folks who think they actually have anything to do with the service or its completion?By this same twisted logic, an Illegal Alien could sue the municipal bus that conveyed him to/from the airport.

Said charter airline did, with malice aforethought, let us board its posh interior, and viciously fly us to an island full of rich people who pretended to like us and fed us foise gras, canapes, caviar on crackers and champaign, before giving us the heave ho.
As a result of this tortious conduct by the defendant airline, we had a great time that we’ll be telling about to our grandkids, as we live in misery in New York City, and at every election vote Democrat early and often.
Wherefore, plaintiffs demand more free stuff!
