How about inmates do the court-ordered sentence they are given. No criminal who has proven on multiple times in the past, that they will not abide by the conditions of their release, and is thrown back in prison because of it, should ever be considered for early release again. The 16 years this animal was supposed to be serving included the additional years he’d been given for previous crimes, but repeatedly violated the conditions of those releases.
