If they turn Bibi out, they can unilaterally ceasefire with Hamas. Then they’ll get the heads of the hostages. But the media will be ecstatic and the UN will be happy. Then Hamas can start preparing for the next attack on Israel. Israel better start preparing as well, because Israel can’t afford to lose once.
Netanyahu’s likely replacement without an election would be Yariv Levin, likely to be more militarily aggressive than Bibi. Same deal with most possible PMs until there is an election.
