If that’s the case, where are all the witnesses to the gun, the shooting and or the sound of gunfire that allegedly spooked the Chief?
And he was on his way to a New Conference with his wife? Was the Chief starring in this news conference and wanted his wife, (who was not supposed to be in a city vehicle) to watch?
Btw, it’s no secret, some cops chase the cameras and will walk over their own mothers for some camera face time.

It looks like there was some shoving but the two guys walk off rather calmly in opposite directions.
Is there any proof that a shot actually was fired at all?
No idea if there was any evidence or witnesses to a gunshot. The scuffle was visible in the video, as was the Chief flooring it directly into traffic. He obviously didn’t look, as there was traffic in both directions. The car on his left was lucky they were paying attention.
