They have workers who do nothing but fill orders for pick up. If you ever need to find anything look for one of them pushing their cart around. Nobody knows the stock better than they do because their whole job is one of constantly finding things.

That's a very good point. I've had the same experience at other big box stores (ie Stop & Shop in Connecticut). Just ask those workers pushing carts around with bags set up to fill where anything is. They can tell you 99% of the time.
