Republican precincts run out of ballots early in the morning
When they call to request more ballots before they run out, nobody answers the phone.
When they GO to get more ballots, no one is there.
This happened in all the Republican majority precincts.
These precincts should have as many ballots handy as there are registered voters. No need to run out unless they plan to cheat.
