How does this not violate the 6th amendment, right to speedy trial act of 1974. The period of delay in all federal and district courts shall not exceed 100 days

For those who were unlawfully charged, I really can’t think of enough retribution if the cases are decided in their favor. Beyond financial considerations, I think it should go much further in a way that at least might give the victims a small amount of personal satisfaction for what they have had to go through.
