I do not remember the details either, but his lawyer was totally incompetent or there would have been a contractual document that protected Trump from any and all future claims on her part..
As for the criminal complaint, since when has the victim of blackmail become a criminal...especially when, as it is claimed, the lawyer representing him at the time stated in writing that Trump had no knowledge of the payment thus relieving him of any accusations that he mislead investigators?
The judge is an ass or he would have thrown the case out of court long ago.
