Officers in an unmarked car pulled someone over just for a seat belt violation? I don’t think so.
If it started as a simple traffic stop, why were there suddenly five officers present?

Many quality arrests are made based on a traffic violation. Everything doesn’t have to be some sort of conspiracy. It appears the officers who initiated the stop were riding four deep.
It’s practically an episode of The Shield with how fishy this is.
Would you pull over for an unmarked car? How would you know it’s legitimate? Were the police wearing uniforms? No justification for him shooting but these are questions I have. I would be very suspicious if someone in an unmarked car attempted to pull me over.
