Of course! How can there be an accurate accounting on THEIR part, if Gazan civilians were abducting and killing Israeli's with wholesale, guaranteed license??
The Hamas ‘leadership’ gave civilians a green light to do as they wished with absolutely no accountability and THAT’S exactly what they did!
