If they are alive, they’ve been experiencing inhuman conditions and demonic torture, for sure. It stands to reason that Hamas will not run the P.R. risk of allowing the rest of us to learn the true tale of what these poor people have been through since 10/7.

I think they were either taken by, or taken and given to, different factions in Gaza. If they are alive but can't be found, it's more likely that the different groups sold them into slavery throughout the Middle East.
