A suspected member of a “virulently anti-Western” terrorist group was turned loose by federal authorities after being apprehended crossing the US-Mexico border and, later, freed again when he went before an immigration judge, according to a report.

Customs and Border Protection agents apprehended and released Mohammad Kharwin, 48, after he illegally entered the US near San Ysidro, Calif., in March of 2023, despite suspicions the Afghan national was on the FBI’s terrorist watchlist, according to NBC News.

Kharwin was released under Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s “Alternatives to Detention” program – a process that generally requires migrants to submit to GPS tracking or reporting their whereabouts on a smartphone app – after CBP agents couldn’t definitively determine he was on the terror watchlist.

I hope the BEEPS or the “judge” changed the boy’s diaper before they turned him out on the streets of the wreckage formerly known as America. The wreckage at Francis Scott Key is so symbolic of what America has become. It should be left there as Biden’s next “National Park.”

Suspicions? Like the FBI doesn’t have, like, computers to search a terrorist data base in minutes to confirm?

Do we have photos of this terrorist? Put them up on every street sign in every city and say it’s time for Americans to do the job our Federal Gov’t refuses to do!

“ They” have a facial recognition data base of everyone who enters the US
And everyone who is present at other surveilled events

Although it is extremely politically incorrect to ask, but how many ‘Mohammads’ do you suppose are on an accurate terror-watch list?

Do you think Homeland Security and the FBI are still managing the terrorist watchlist using Windows 10?

Do you think facial recognition and other search factors are just some future upgrade?

No, I don’t. But frankly I don’t have any idea of what resources are available to authorities in the field. According to the stories, they ‘thought’ he might be on a list but weren’t sure and so they cut him loose, since that’s s.o.p. how we treat people who illegally sneak into our country nowadays. Just turn them loose with a phone and an app.
