I think it’s a typo. It’s supposed to be ‘big rants’ in the title. It refers to people who can’t make their points concisely, and instead ramble on and on. They just talk and talk while throwing in all sorts of irrelevant comments. For example, if it’s a car thread, they’ll complain about things like the weather in Peru.
