No. Trump won’t speak in front of scotus even if he attended.Obviously yes it is tampering. The lawyers who do speak in front of SCOTUS work for their client. The client needs to be there.

Trump won’t speak in front of scotus even if he attended.This speaks louder than Trump could ever speak anyway. If I was a Supreme, I would be more that a little pissed at this upstart Judge interfering with the docket. It's a shame about Barron's graduation though. The Judge is certainly taking care of his daughter.
