I was not referring to the SC argument or lack of it. I’m not a lawyer and I don’t play one on TV-are you? I do know that non-disclosure agreements are legal and binding, and are not just for sexcapades-they also can also involve boring stuff like industrial spying, computer programming and even recipes at a restaurant...
