Does the Supreme Court have any part in any of this until the parts of it wind there way slowly through the appellate lower courts first and are denied?
Didn’t Jack Smith appeal directly to USSC about something in the Mara Lago documents case recently, leap-frogging the other lower appellate courts? Or am I mis-remembering again?
