No, and he won’t be there. And if a petty state judge thinks he can put a President there and a condition that dangerous, Federal courts will soon put a stop to it. That would be a direct emergency straight to the Supreme court who would take jurisdiction.

Trump can’t go to the federal courts until his lawyers have exhausted all state remedies. Even then, it’s hard to demonstrate federal jurisdiction.
