I bet that the people organizing BLM are the same people organizing the Palestine Protestors.

It’s about time that the black looters movement is finally being shown for what it really is. Wakanda Forever and Black Panthers my arse.

But did he obstruct an official proceeding? Civil actions notwithstanding, that’s the only thing that could get him put away for 20 years.

(sarcasm aside, it’s nice to finally see a bit of balance and sanity)

So a leader is not responsible for the actions of the protest except for Trump....ACLU

The stage is set for counter-BLM terrorism LAWFARE to begin.

Seems to me this allows for BLM to be sued fully into bankruptcy for damages incurred by its promotion of riots/civil insurrections in years past.

Kamala Harris could also be indicted as she supported the activity through bail funds.

Not that I care for lawyers - they suck over 25% of the life out of our GDP (per some Libertarian think tank estimates) - but I care LESS for BLM and ANTIFA Sturmabteilungen.

I like this ruling.

It’ll hurt the organizers right in the pocketbook and make them liable for damages. This is a good way to bankrupt these terrorists.

Hmm. This would appear to legally expose any and all riot organizers. Things about to get expensive.

Conservative organizers to be arrested soon. All it takes is one protestor getting out of line.

“... the ACLU lawyers claim that the decision would “chill classic First-Amendment-protected activity nationwide.”

So throwing rocks at someone’s head is speech protected by the 1st Amendment, but entering the Capitol unarmed to express your objections is insurrection.

Just making sure I have it right.

Injuring police officers by throwing rocks is a first amendment right, but taking a Capitol Police lead tour of the Capitol building is an insurrection.

“Lawyers for the far-left American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), who are defending Mckesson in the case, allege that the lawsuit is a violation of his First Amendment rights. Calling the Fifth Circuit’s decision “directly at odds” with the Supreme Court’s precedent, the ACLU lawyers claim that the decision would “chill classic First-Amendment-protected activity nationwide.””

Then how come the ACLU isn’t defending Trump or his associates for Jan 6?
