If jurors are being threatened or tampered with it should be immediate ground for mistrial .

Right...whereas in this universe, pretty much any publicly vocal anti-Trump rabid partisan juror that somehow finds their way onto this jury can expect smooth sailing and strict protection from all criticism, throughout the whole of the proceedings.
