WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, America First Legal’s (AFL) lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) unearthed new documents regarding a radical presentation and plan distributed internally by Assistant Secretary of Health “Rachel” Levine on “Measuring Sex, Gender Identity, and Sexual Orientation.” These records reveal that the Biden Administration is trying to radically change governmental data and statistics on sex in the name of “gender identity.”
AFL obtained these documents through litigation against HHS to enforce a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request for Assistant Secretary Levine’s communications regarding pediatric “transgender clinics,” otherwise known as the genital mutilation and sterilization of America’s children.
In an email from April 27, 2022, Assistant Secretary Levine sent an email to the “LGBTQI+ Coordinating Committee Members” with a presentation from the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine on “Measuring Sex, Gender Identity, and Sexual Orientation.”
In the email, Assistant Secretary Levine states “I fully support these recommendations and offer any assistance needed in the implementation of the recommendations.”

But anyone who was familiar with nursing homes know that the overworked often under trained staff could not keep the infection from spreading.
So an estimated 20 thousand people in nursing homes died from that action.
He knew this was dangerous because he removed his mom from a nursing home and put her into a hotel room for safety.
