Unlikely. Blacks are way more fertile than the white population. Over time, this should have meant a creeping increase in the black % of the population. Liberals have assertively done two things to keep that % down - (1) they have kept abortion legal and (2) they have encouraged immigration from non-African sources.

No, one of the major problems is that many ILLEGAL ALIEN, from other neighboring nations have flooded into RSA.
Blacks there are tribal, nationalists, and just because someone is also black, does NOT mean that they are aligned.
