As a theoretical discussion, what constitutes “fighting words” nowadays? Is it pulling down and replacing the American flag with one supporting terrorists that killed, raped, beheaded, and still hold Americans hostage? Is it shouting “Death to America”? Is it taking terrorist actions to shut down the US, such as blocking a campus, a road, etc.?
That discussion won’t be theoretical much longer.

What if I brought my own palestinian flag (to avoid any accusations of theft) and lit it on fire in front of these proto-Nazis? Would I be punished or would it fall under the same Supreme Court free speech protection as burning an American flag?
