George Alan Kelly, the Arizona rancher charged with murder in the shooting of a Mexican national on his border property, will not be retried, prosecutors with the Santa Cruz County Attorney's office said.
The state charged Kelly with second degree murder after he allegedly shot and killed a migrant, Gabriel Cuen-Buitimea, on his land in January 2023.

Castle doctrine
FIB-violation of civil rights, sort of, maybe.......
Were they Mexican?
How this became about in the first place is just anti American. No bullet was recovered. No proof he killed anyone. Overrun by ILLEGAL ALIENS and he can’t fire a warning shot? There were eyewitnesses who saw armed men running around. So why take the word of liberal scumbags who live in a gated community and know nothing about life on the Border? Holier than thou assholes.
Good news.
There was a great and detailed article about this in the EPOCH Times last week. Evidently he used to help out families he saw crossing the border years ago, giving them water, etc.
Now he sees people with guns in army fatigues coming across the border onto his land- cartel members.
Yet law enforcement persecutes an American that’s a fourth generation rancher rather than illegals.
USA citizens that are Mexican are more opposed to illegals than most whites. It is they that bear more of the crime from illegals than whites. In the area where this man was prosecuted is a large Mexican population, many would have been on the jury.
Praise God!
He supposedly shot the illegal alien trespasser from “about 100 yards away on his property.”
Hell of a shot.
