US national security adviser Jake Sullivan told reporters on Monday that President Joe Biden's administration does not view the killings of Palestinian Arabs in Gaza by Israel in its war with Hamas as genocide, Reuters reported.
Sullivan said the United States wants to see Hamas defeated, adding that Gazans caught in the middle of the war were in "hell" and that a major military operation by Israel in Rafah would be a mistake.
"We do not believe what is happening in Gaza is a genocide. We have been firmly on record rejecting that proposition," he said.

This. No That. No This. No that.
We have a clear position. We support israel unconditionally and deplore their attacks on Hamas. Our unflagging commitment to support Israel requires us to threaten to cut off their arms until Michigan votes Democrat.
Democrat bullshit is transparent.
A genocide is the deliberate destruction of a people because of their race, religion, nationality etc.
Israel is not doing that. There is a big difference between collateral damage, and genocide.
That said, when you have urban warfare, an enemy using civilians and hostages as shields, not uniformed and hiding among the general population, when many Palestinians did not heed the Israeli call to vacate the area since it would soon be a battle-space, (((collateral damage will be high.))) And BTW, who decided to attack on 7 October and kill ~ 1,200 mostly civilians in what actually was an unprovoked attack?
***This is a situation created by the very people screaming “genocide” today.***
Should we feel sorry for the innocent folks hurt? Sure. No kidding.
But does that change anything? Nope.
Have I contradicted myself? Very well. I have not contradicted myself. I am miniscule. I contain multitudes of nothingness, all of it consistent.
Sorry, Walt Whitman.
Like what happened to the Armenian Christians, in Nagorno Karabakkh, after their “Christian” Russian protectors abandoned them to the muslim wolves, at Iran’s behest.
Thank you.
Sure took them long enough to say this.
Making Hamas a "state" is no solution. Erradicating Hamas as a subset of Gaza is no solution. The ojective of Hamas is purely the genocide of Jews. The only potential solution is to de/repopulate Gaza and relocate the pathetic and hateful people the fester there today.
But in war, first victim is always truth.
I have never seen an administration talk and act more out of its mouth.
Riding that fence baby
But parse it. They haven’t really said a damned thing.
I have a different perspective. Gaza as it now is is like Germany in 1946. Gaza as it was until 2005 was like Germany in 1934. There has been no election in Gaza since 2005, when Hamas got absolute control over Gaza. The majority of the population of Gaza is under 20.
What saved Germany from Nazism in 1946 was total defeat, plus an extended occupation in which the populace was reeducated in light of that defeat. The same can be done in Gaza, once Hamas is removed from the face of the earth. No other refutation of their paradigm of hatred and destruction is possible. UNRWA should also be removed from the equation. It’s a cesspool.
And still they actually didn’t say anything.
Hamas (Iran) has the same lust for authoritarian power as do the democrats in the US..the dims are just a little less savage..for now.
“He speak with forked tongue.”
Riding that fence
Morally dense
Sullivan backpedals
‘bout everything!
Squatters are going to squat... If you kill enough of them, maybe they’ll squat somewhere else... Like Egypt, or Jordon where they originally came from.
Gazans are nothing but Hamas in drag. Kill them all.
US national security adviser: We don’t view killings of Gazans
by Israel as genocide because we say so.
Why doesn’t the Gaza just vote out Hamas? /S
