BODY FOUND IN CONCRETE IN Prince George County

How would a homeowner not know? Most homeowners can't see through concrete.

Um, seems to me the *smell* of a decomposing body would be quite overwhelming! It might have been the smell that tipped them off...

Well...the body would have been buried before they poured the cement, and therefore the homeowners would not know..it would be buried under dirt. Then, they pour the concrete. The body expands and the concrete cracks.

But, more than likely, it's not new concrete.

I'm sure it's not Chandra...but...who knows?

WP had a series a few months ago about PGC Police Dept. and how they were interviewing suspects for hours at a time without benefit of counsel, bad record on solving crimes, etc.

Perhaps the house in the story had recently been sold, and new owners are remodeling??
