The Bill of Rights gives to us, as citizens, certain rights upon which the government may not infringe, and when we assert those rights, you, the media, immediately attach to us the label "anti-government."

If the Bill of Rights gives us our rights, and it is still the law of the land, then are you guilty of libel when you label people who invoke such rights as "anti-government"?

I hate to do this, because her heart is in the right place, but the Bill of Rights "gives" us nothing. It merely tells the government what they are NOT ALLOWED TO INFRINGE UPON - our God-given, inalienable rights.

Seemingly small point, but a critical one nevertheless...

Never forget, people who reject God's way, salvation through Jesus Christ, are enslaved by their sin and bondage to demonic influence. They are constantly trying to "convert" others to their enslaved state. Freedom apart from God and his principles is impossible. All of America's problems are derived from either our ignorance or rejection of God and His Word. Ahh, but the good news is that is all about to change.

The bill of rights doesn't give us any rights which we didn't already have. The author needs to read the preamble to the bill of rights. We, the people, gave the government certain rights and responsibilities as enumerated in the constitution. What we didn't give to the government we kept for ourselves. In other words, the federal government is in rebellion against lawful government. The government is anti-government.
