Since there is no permanent crop land, we should eliminate all livestocks of Talibans. And mine the damn Pashtun land from top to bottom, say 10 million mines. We tell them where they are. This will restrict Taliban movement and keep them starved. Screw PETA and international mine treaty. Kill all goats and sheeps. Bomb all tall mountain peaks and create rockslides every now and then. This will make all mountain slopes unstable and difficult to navigate. Divert or damn up all upstream of water sources. This way, Taliban guerilla will have trouble surviving. Civilians will all head for Pakistan. All Pashtun land will now become free fire zone.
