Thank you for the list. How do you store sugar for a long period of time without it getting hard as a rock? I tried sealing it in Food Saver vacuum bags, but it got hard anyway.

How do you store sugar for a long period of time without it getting hard as a rock? 1. Be sure the seal is tight. Moisture causes the sugar to harden.
2. Pack a hammer. ;)
