Actor and Former NYC Firefighter Steve Buscemi Rumoured to be Digging Out Rubble at WTC Site

When I was a (New York City) Fireman, I was in a lot of burning buildings.

It was a great job, the only job I ever had that compares with the thrill of acting.

Before going into a fire there's the same surge of adrenaline you get just before the camera rolls.

UNOFFICIAL HOMEPAGE

For those who don't know his work, among his credits are a psycho in CON AIR and a hero in ARMAGEDDON.

Bless him - one of the few "non-pretty boys" in Lotus Land. He stole the show in "Reservoir Dogs".

He also played a white supremecist murderer on a couple of episodes of Homicide: Life on the Streets with chilling effectiveness.

He really has been parodying his own image lately, doing comedies like Big Lewbowski, Ghost World is just terrific I hear.

Never heard of him, but that's just me. It's nice to hear that he put his acting career on hold and possibly his life on the line (again) to help fellow Americans.

I am a huge movie buff. I have way too much useless information in my head, and all the premium cable stations!
