Yeah, but you kind of know going in that John Wayne is corny. You know that "True Grit", for example, is going to be schlock. But GBTUSA sneaks up on you masquerading as a real live song. Then when you listen- POW!- right in the kisser. You get hit with a corn cob! BTW, try listening to some K-7. Specially "Move Like This". Its rap but its darn good.

Wouldn't that cover about 99% of Pop music in the last 50 years? Listen to most songs that make the charts, and Lee Greenwood’s lyrics sound like Shakespeare.
