Also, I was wanting to post here and see does anyone have a nice little collection.....and are there any threads that have a collection of all the divisive/unpatriotic events that have occurred since the terrorist attacks?

I am aware of the following: a texas school not allowing kids to wear flag t-shirts, a Florida school...I think...doing the same thing...., a Florida tv station not allowing (this has been reversed now) anchors to wear flag pins, a florida company not letting employees have American flags (this has been reversed), and also two UNCONFIRMED reports that I have heard on FR and am going to look into: Alabama A&M Muslims cheering the attack and an Islamic doctor being taken away by security in the Cleveland Clinic for cheering the attacks.

I will be using this for an article I am writing about the terrorist attacks. If you are aware of any other incidents (I know there are more that I just heard on FoxNews at the barber shop, but obviously was unable to write them down), let me know. I would like to report on these and show that not every American is standing for freedom, nor every American Muslim, though we are mostly united.

I am not even sure if I will do this story because well, we went in lockdown at school today. Someone called a hotline and reported that a girl brought a gun to school. So, we went into lockdown for about 1.5 hours. It was not fun, but at least I was in the journalism room, with so many doors it is one of the safest parts of the building. We might do a story on that instead.

I agree with you that this is just as essential a part of the event as anything else.
A snapshot of what contributed to our arriving at the place where we were perceived to be easy pickings:

multiculturalism; political correctness; sensitivity training; ignorance; apathy; victimology; the "rights" mentality; the common-sense-challenged... there's quite a list.

Fascinating.

You'd probably want to include the saga of Bill Maher at Politically Incorrect. One of his guests was Dinesh D'Souza, who differed with President Bush's assessment that the terrorists who attacked the WTC were "cowards." D'Souza called them "warriors." I have no problem with that minor difference of opinion, and it isn't just because D'Souza is a conservative.

Maher one-upped him, however, by claiming that attacking cities from a distance with cruise missiles was "cowardly." I have a very serious problem with that (and so do a lot of other people), and it isn't just because Maher is a left-wing worm. FedEx and Sears became so incensed that they yanked their ads from PI. Clearly the ABC execs took Maher out to the woodshed, because Maher subsequently gave us an apology (sort of) for calling our servicemen cowards.

I don't even watch PI any more and I used to be a big fan. I'm getting all of this second-hand. If you want more details, plug "Maher" into a search with the Freeper search engine.

In Central Ohio, people were seen and heard on on the main streets cheering somewhere by eyewitnesses. This was not reported.
