Tom Ridge is not a control freak and will do an excellent job. He's smart enough to realize Homeland security only has to include the borders, airports and harbors. The identification of terrorists within the borders will be dealt with by the FBI.

Praying you are 100% correct ... but am worried as to how much power the "position" has. One's coming later may not be like Ridge.
