The Washington Post article says:
"The groups, called "cells" by the FBI, are under intensive government surveillance. The FBI has not made any arrests because the group members entered the country legally in recent years and have not been involved in illegal activities since they arrived, the officials said."
The FBI admits it is not moving against terror cells in the US because it says it cannot!
I do not agree the FBI cannot move against these cells, they had better find a way very FAST to move against them to save American lives inside the US.
But at least now we have identified the problem and the FBI admits to it-the need to move against the cells to protect the American people AND it is not being done!
Are we to sit around like sitting ducks in this country because the FBI says it cannot do anything????
I want the public to know the truth about these cells so at least the public can be vigilant to protect themselves and their neighbors even if the FBI cannot or will not move against these cells.
In Oklahoma we have laws permitting the publication of names of pedophiles in the locations where they are released and live so at least parents can keep their children away from the pedophiles. The public has the right to know about these terrorist cells and their members for the public’s own protection just as they have a right to know about the pedophiles.
Here is another Washington Post article that also backs up my claim in my article that the FBI has known about plots of Bin Laden and AlQaeda using suicide pilots trained in the US for not two years, but instead for five to six years going back to 1996!! These plots had to be aided by the cells in the US:

• In 1996, two flight school operators said last week, FBI agents visited them to obtain information about several Arab pilots connected to a Pakistani terrorist eventually convicted of plotting to bomb U.S. airliners.
The flight schools, Coastal Aviation of New Bern, N.C., and Richmor Aviation of Schenectady, N.Y., were two of four that provided flight training to Abdul Hakim Murad in the early 1990s, according to Philippine authorities. Murad was arrested in Manila in 1995 and later convicted in New York of plotting to blow up a dozen U.S. airliners over the Pacific, then crash a suicide plane into CIA headquarters.
• In 1998, FBI agents questioned officials from Airman Flight School in Norman, Okla., about a graduate later identified in court testimony as a pilot for bin Laden, according to Dale Davis, the school's director of operations.
• This year, the trial of bin Laden associates for the 1998 bombings of U.S. embassies in Kenya and Tanzania yielded documents containing several references to flight schools and bin Laden pilots.
